Lichi Success Plan: Tips to Achieving & Maintaining Your Weight-Loss GoalsFinding a diet plan that works is one difficult task. Refrain from going hours without eating, instead make sure to carry health snacks, and drink lots of water, so your body is used to having ready energy stores. Also the healthier you eat, the less energy your body needs to digest bad foods, and the more energy you have for vital activities like exercising. So you see how the built in engine begins to take effect. Building muscle works the same way. Muscles burn 6 more calories than fat, even when at rest, so the more fat you replace with muscle, the more energy is required for work, and the higher your metabolism increases. Also begin your mornings with breakfast. Skipping breakfast can increase your body’s insulin response, which in turn increases fat storage and weight gain.
Step 5: Build A Support Team. After you achieve results, the best way to stay motivated is to surround yourself with people who are also striving to live healthier. Joining a gym, and signing up for classes, be they yoga, dance or cycling, will provide accountability, and support. Its nothing more satisfying that having others notice your progress. Having a circle of supporters at the gym, who ask if you’re coming next week, and tell you how good you’re looking can definitely boost morale. Be sure to also get family members involved, if everyone around you is making healthy choices, temptation will just about disappear.
Step 6: Plan ahead to Succeed. While this is a success plan, you also need a mental game plan to help you succeed. Due to hectic schedules, pop-up meetings, or un-forseen circumstances you may not always be able to cook you own meals, or make it to the gym daily.
